Bhindi(Ladysfinger) - 20 to 30
Onion(medium) - 2 (chopped)
Tomato - 2(chopped)
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp(chopped)
Jeera - 1tsp
Coriander seeds - 1 tsp(roasted n crushed)
Red chilli pwdr - 1 tsp
Haldi - 1/2tsp
Coriander pwdr - 1tsp
Salt
Oil
Method:-
Serve with Roti.Onion(medium) - 2 (chopped)
Tomato - 2(chopped)

Method:-
- Cut bhindi lengthwise.
- Saute it with oil and salt(a little) in a kadai for 5 - 7 min.Keep it aside.
- Heat Oil ,splutter jeera.Add onion and Ginger garlic paste.Cook till onion are transparent.
- Add crushed coriander seeds and tomatoes.cook till tomatoes are soft.
- Add all other masalas and mix well.
- Atlast add the bhindi and mix properly.Cover and cook for 5 min.
- Add salt if needed,add coriander leaves.
