Fish(Mackerel) - 4pc
Haldi - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli pwdr - 1 tsp
Pepper pwdr - 1 tsp
Ginger garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Lime juice - half lime
Salt
Oil - for deep frying
Method:-
- Wash and clean fish.
- Put two slits on both sides of the fish.
- Take a medium bowl and mix all the masalas.
- Now take the fish and cover it with the masala.Keep aside for atleast 1 hr.
- Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry fish on medium flame till crispy brown .
- Serve hot with Lime juice on top.
