My son (and myself) luv having rice with morr curry n papadam.So here Morr curry-My mom's style...
Curd - 1/2 ltr
Water - 1/2 cup
Onion - 1 chopped
Mustard seeds - 1tsp
Methi dana - 1/2tsp
Haldi - 1/2tsp
Green chillies - 2 chopped
Salt
Curry leaves - a few
Dry red chillies - 2
Oil - 1 tbsp
Method:-
- Blend curd,water,haldi,green chillies and salt together .
- Heat oil in a pan and crackle mustard seeds.Add methi seeds,dry red chillies,curry leaves.
- Add onions and saute till transperent.
- Add the curd and stir continuously.
- Do not boil.
- Remove from fire .
