Dahi Tadka

Simple,quick side dish for d Rice n Curd Chef Sanjeev Kapoor

Yogurt - 2.5cups
Oil - 1 tbsp
Jeera - 1/2tsp
Green chilles - 2
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Ginger paste - 1tsp
Haldi - 1/4tsp
Rcp - 1/4tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2tsp
Curry Leaves - 5

Method :-

Heat oil in a non-stick pan and add cumin seeds. 
Slit green chillies and finely chop coriander leaves.
Add ginger paste to the pan and saut√© for a while. 
Add green chillies, reduce heat and add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and mix well. 
Add curry leaves, coriander leaves, salt and yogurt and switch off heat immediately. 
Mix well and serve immediately....Njoy!!!
